The client had purchased the residential scheme at the planning approval stage and LOROC Architects was commissioned to value engineer the scheme and to ascertain whether value could be achieved. Additional value was achieved by an internal re-design of the units which provided a better and more desirable layout in addition to an increase in sales areas.
