Seven Hills Business Park

The brief was to create 76,000 sq. ft of flexible industrial and office space for Phase 2 of a development within the industrial heartland of Edinburgh. 

This was done by creating 4 new unique buildings divided into 11 units of varying sizes from 3360 sq. ft up to 14,700 sq. ft. The units are fully compliant with the Scottish Building Standards and the portal frame structures are clad in composite cladding systems with profile metal sheet roof incorporating 10% translucent light panels.
