New Horizons Court

This project is the conversion of the old BSkyB offices on its Osterley campus into 302 luxury residential apartments, with on-site parking and gym facilities.

The apartments comprise a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments spread over 4 buildings, each converted from office space into residential with the addition of a new penthouse to the roof of each building.

The new-build element is carefully designed to mimic the existing elevational treatment whilst providing modern living accommodation, all in line with the current London Plan.

The existing underground parking has been redesigned to provide an on-site gym for residents use and parking and cycle storage for all apartments, while the external space has been given a facelift to provide landscaped ground for the residents to enjoy.
