Magnet Scheme

Proposed development of warehouse, trade counter, showroom and offices for Magnet Group. The site is located on a main arterial route to Leeds City Centre and the brief was developed to exploit this key location. The design provided a new corporate identity and bespoke facilities whilst harmonising the contemporary design with the adjacent listed property.
