5 stone properties accommodate this site consisting of 4 semi-detached and 1 detached. The development had been designed with careful consideration due to it being in a high-density residential area. Numerous sketch schemes and 3d massing model was conducted to asset in the concept stage to help visualise and illustrate the understanding between proposal and it’s surround area. These exercises helped showcase the evidence of scale and proportion, overlook issues and to highlight how the sun path moved around the design.
