New build convenience store in Shaw near Oldham, built in conjunction with Central England Co-Op in accordance with their specific requirements. The store is the development of a former public house in a prominent location, where highways and design were of importance to the local authority which, as a team, we worked closely with enable the re-development of the vacant site and bring redundant land back into use for the benefit of the community.
