New convenience store to shell ready for the Co-Op to fitout within the Shawfair Development in Dalkeith, Edinburgh. LOROC Architects works closely with the client Buccleuch Properties and the tenants to produce a scheme which served both the clients aspirations for the wider development and the tenants in terms of operational requirements.

The scheme also incorporated Ionity High Speed EV charging together with a wider car parking provision and dedicated servicing.

The design was developed from the planning approval with the main contractor provide cost and time saving were required and to deliver a successful scheme.
