The proposal was to extend the existing warehouse facility incorporating mezzanine floors to accommodate welfare and office space, together with a complete re-clad of the existing warehouse. LOROC Architects designed the scheme to add an additional bay to the existing warehouse to provide 30,000 sq. ft of additional floor area.
