Fawcett Street York This is a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation scheme comprising of 82no. self contained studio units with communal living and social areas. The development is in York within walking distance of the City Centre and the historic wall. The scheme methodology was to reflect the vernacular of the surroundings whilst implementing modern element, working with the planners we developed the design and hierarchy to maximise the extensive constraints of the site.
