The Saxons

The Saxons is a conversation of an existing office building into 100, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments incorporating communal living, workspace, gym, Yogo areas together with an external amenity space. 

The scheme required the adaptation of the existing commercial façade by the removal of bris soleil, with the additional of accent cladding, and alterations to the colour pallet of the building to create a residential façade. The internal apartment layouts are tailor to the client brand and specific requirements of the BTR market.
