5 stone detached properties situated alongside the grounds of Kildwick Hall, North Yorkshire, replacing a semi-derelict 1960’s detached house. The design ethos behind these properties was to be sensitive to Kildwick Hall and its heritage status by creating properties that seamlessly fit with their surroundings while providing attractive, modern interiors. Built from reclaimed natural stone from the local area, all 5 dwellings enjoy valley and woodland views from their prominent hillside position.
